Using rapid prototype to reduce the risk of software project

During the administration of software projects, how to minimize the risk is very important.Adopting the rapid prototype developing mode, the paper finds out how to resolve the problem of ambiguity which derives from risks resulting from the problems such as ambiguous requirements, incorrect comprehension of requirements and realizability of key features. It also evaluates the technical projects in the development, and covers how to reduce the development period, improve the quality of requirement analysis and cut down the cost.
