Data organization and implementation of cadastral management information system model based on temporal semantics

Cadastral Management Information System belong to the GIS which focus on feature of temporal.The key of the system is how to effectively organize the spatio-temporal data.Based on the requirement analysis of Cadastral Management Information System and basic concept of time and its specific meaning,as well as introduction of time semantic,a spatio-temporal data mode based on the time semantic is brought out in the paper.The spatio-temporal data organization method of Cadastral Management Information System is studied.Three example based on this model are given on historical query,rollback and recurrence.
