The importance of the network video frequency surveillance technology and how to build the operation platform for the network video frequency surveillance in order to satisfy the requirement of development were dis-cussed in the paper.The project study for governmental safety construction,the project deployment,the design of safety and the calculation models for equipment configuration and wide band were presented,and the other instruc-tional suggestion was also included.
