On Large Instrument Equipment's Management System & Operation System in Colleges and Universities

Utilization rate of large instrument equipment and installationsis not high the equipment can't get profits it should have gotten, and its use can't be brought into full play. In order to resolve the problems mentioned above, best management system and operation system will be discussed.
