Design of Property Management System Based on Industry Field Bus

The property management system of the modern building is featured by complexity, regularity and randomicity. With the development of economy, the management mode of the traditional manpower or partial manpower can no longer satisfy the requirements of the building management. The modern management mode with intelligence and network occurs constantly. A scheme based on the field bus technique was put forward which is suitable for the intelligent control of small residential area. The method of designing the hardware and the software of the system was also explained.
