CONSTRUCTION OF SEA BOAT MONITORING AND ATTEMPERING SYSTEM BASED ON GPS/GSM/GIS

With the development of economy and the increase of number of vehicles, traffic management and attemperring with reason become an important issue in traffic system. Traffic Monitoring and Attemperring System based on Geographic Information System(GIS) technology, Global Positioning System(GPS) technology and Global System for Mobile Communication(GSM)technology can help to improve the issue effectively. The goal of establishment, the working principium and the framework of Sea-boat Monitoring and Attemperring System are analyzed on the basis of constructing cargoboat Monitoring and Attemperring System for a flotilla, and the scheme of Designing and Implementing Sea-boat Monitoring and Attemperring System are discussed based on the Integration of GPS/GSM/GIS technology. Finally, the function characteristics and application of the system are described.
