Principle and application of using the OFFSET function to convert one column data to some columns

In the college's information management,Excel is very in common use and,it has become an important platform between database data and normal user.We can use SQL output one colomn data easily,but how to convert the output one column data to some columns is a very hard problem.Although there are some tools like arranging columnson the internet,we can solve some normal problems by these tools.It is unflexibility if we do not know the details of Macro command.This paper will introduce the principle and application of using the OFFSET function to convert one column data to some colomns,and try to guide the reader to solve the similar probems.
