The charged Higgs is a remarkable feature of the Two-Higgs-Doublet Model(2HDM)different from the Standard Model.Exploring the charged Higgs is a very important aspect of verifying the 2HDM.In this paper,I have calculated the tree-level cross section of the charged Higgs-production process γγtH and γγtH in 2 DHM.This process is interesting for the measurement of the coupling of the charged Higgs,Top-quark and Bottom-quark,and the mass of the charged Higgs. The discussion of numerical result focuses on the relation of the cross section and tan β,the mass of the charged higgs. The results find that the cross section is the order of 10~(-2) pb when the value of tan β is between 5 and 40. Moreover, the value of the mass of charged Higgs is between 100 GeV and 400 GeV.
