On Control Mode of Default Risk of P2P Platform

After the analysis of three default loss sources of the P2 P platform: probability of default, exposure at default and loss given default, the paper summarizes four risk control modes of the P2 P platform: CPD(Control the Probability of Default) mode, CRE(Control the Risk Exposure) mode, CLGD(Control the Loss Given Default) mode and the comprehensive risk control method. It studies the application of control modes of default risk to some representative P2 P platforms in China. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions of improving control modes of default risk of the P2 P platform in China.
