Study on the clinical relationship of chronic hepatitis B serum cholinesterase with inflammatary grading and fibrosis

Objective Study on the relationship of chronic hepatitis B serum cholinesterase with inflammatary grading and fibrosis stage.Method 76 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients for the examnation of CHE、 PT、TB during fasting were confirmed by liver biopsy,with liver biopsy histological inflammatory grade and fibrosis stage,compared with the healthy group,study on correlation between PT,TB and CHE.Result Liver pathological tissue inflammatary grading G1 to G4 and fibrosis stage S1 to S4.This data showed that CHE has decreased following aggravated patients in inflammatory disorders;G4,G3 and G2 groups compared with the healthy group,showed dignificantly different(P0.001);G4,G3 groups compared with G1 group,showed dignificantly different(P0.001);but G2 group compared with G1 group without dignificantly different(P0.05);G1 group compared with healthy group without dignificantly different.CHE has decreased gradually following aggravated in fibrisis;severe fibrisis group(S4+S3)compared with light fibrisis group(S1+S2)showed dignificantly different(P0.001).Severe fibrisis group(S4+S3)and light fibrisis group(S1+S2)compared with control group showed dignificantly different(P0.001),It has a good correlation between PT,TB and CHE,CHE has decreased gradually following Prolonged PT and jaundice deepen.Conclusion CHE has a good Correlation with liver inflammatary grading and fibrosis stage.CHE has little influence compared with TB,PT on pathophysiological and experimental conditions factors,it can be more Judg the severity of liver damage,it may become one indicator of chronic hepatitis B disease and prognosis.
