Application of Universal Serial Bus Interface Technology in DVB Receiver

It's a trend to integrate the USB(Universal Serial Bus) interface into the DVB(Digital Video Broadcast) receiver. On the basic of STi-55XX DVB-S receiver, the block diagram of DVB receiver with USB interface is given in this paper, while related hardware and software design are also described, which lay down the practical foundation of the further research in the next generation of DVB receiver integrated with high-speed USB function.
