This paper discusses the importance the researches on the physical properties rocks and minerals in respect to the technical progress geophysical exploration. developments and changes in prospecting problems. expansion the application field geophysical methods, and petrophysical exploratios,then offers some proposals:1. We should deeply study the regular patterns spatial and temporal changes in physical properties different ore deposits and its surrounding media for the purpose selecting suitable geophysical methods, improving effect geophysical exploration and going further into the problem of direct detectionof ore deposits;2. These works may be carried out by using specially projected drillholes or those holes which are drilled for other purposes;3. The methods. techniques and data recording format petrophysical measurement must be standardized and the technical personnel must be periodically trained in order to guarantee the reliability and utility data;4. We should establish nationwide network petrophysical measurements and researches;5. We should also study the regular patterns spatial and temporal changes in physical properties rocks and minerals in whole country, establish petrophysical databases and edit physical properties rocks and mineralsfor publication in order to contribute to the development geophysical works.
