How to precisely build a realistic Internet topology infrastructure is fundamental to the analyses of Internet communication protocol design, transportation system, epidemic spreading, congestion control, and etc.In order to improve the accuracy,a two-layer local network Internet topology evolving model with the advantages of realistic layered structure and theoretic growth and preferential attachment,is proposed.By applying this model to different scales of Internet, the results show that the model's node degree distribution, clustering coefficient and average path length match corresponding parameters of Internet. It also accurately describes the characteristics of AS level Internet topology, such as scale-free,small world, and localization.
