Research on Cloud Computing Based University Library Academic Information Service Model

This paper introduces the concept and characteristics of cloud computing and summarizes the research status of cloud computing and university library information service model.Through the analysis of the development difficulties for university libraries to offer academic information service and how cloud computing affecting university library academic information service model,this paper proposes the construction of university library academic information service model based on mounting the Web2.0technology platforms such as academic blog and academic forum,on top of the cloud computing platform,in order to increase the academic service capacity of university libraries.
