Primary Application of Wavelet Analysis on Non-steady Hydrological Times Series

At first, this paper introduces the principle of wavelet transform and the relationship between the coefficient of wavelet and singularity of signals. Secondly, we test the singularity of non steady hydrological times series based on the above mentioned conclusion. And then we can get the place where the singularity and gradual change happened, as well as their varieties. All of the work provide the favorable precondition about recovering the coherence of hydrological times series.
