Web Page Recommender System Based on Social Tags in Web 2.0

With social bookmarks as operating data of internet users and by analyzing social bookmarks made by the users,a recommender system for the whole internet can be constructed.Based on the analysis on social bookmark data,this paper puts forward a new way to display users' preferences.Practical experiments show that webpage recommending system based on social tag can meet users' needs to a great extent.
