Speech encoding and decoding method in G.729 based on DSP

This paper introduces the principle of the encoding and decoding in G.729 speech compressing standard. A kind of hardware and software scheme of speech encoding and decoding based on DSP is presented. And some key techniques for real-time implementation are discussed.
