Comparative Analysis of the World Elite Volleyball Players' Backward Flight Spiking Technology

The paper did research and comparative analysis on the backward flight spiking of the world elite women volleyball athletes using the method of three-dimensional photography and video analytics mostly.The results indicated: all the athletes use two steps in the run-up,the stride and speed of the run-up increase gradually;almost athletes' time duration of takeoff are 0.26s,the proportions of buffer time and stretch time are all different;in the course of takeoff the ankle angles gradually increased,the knee angles have the process of transformation from increase to decrease,then to increase again;the height and distance of the jump have big difference and strong correlation;all the athletes spike the ball with the tendency which the shoulder,the elbow,the wrist and the finger speed increases sequentially,simultaneously the majority of the overseas athletes take the elbow as the shaft to brake,MA Yun-wen mostly uses the shoulder as the shaft to brake;the utilization rate of the athletes' maximum spike height is about 80%,the space of 20~40cm above the net is the main area where flying back spike used.
