Silane Coupling Agent BTSPS Hydrolysis Process Optimization

The hydrolysis process of silane coupling agent BTSPS was optimized by the conductivity method.The results showed that:in the alcohol and deionized water mixed solvent as hydrolysis medium,when the ratio of V(BTSPS):V(ethanol):V(deionized water)=3:10:87,pH=6,hydrolysis temperature at 20~40 ℃,the solution hydrolysis stability was the best,in this conditions,the condensation of competitive reaction of the hydrolysis can be controled effectively,the BTSPS solution can be provide better hydrolysis environment in metal surface treatment application.
