This paper explores the current application of Intelligent Agent and data mining technology by the e-commerce enterprises to construct the e-commerce market structure and improve their competitiveness.It presents the safety specifications of the logistics of e-commerce and,through case studying on the application of Agent in the physical distribution system,analyzes the specific function and role of each module of the Agent in the market structure of e-commerce in hope to provide guidance for the development of Intelligent Agent in e-commerce enterprises.
