Application of Engineering Plan Informationization in Project Management

Engineering plan informationization technology can effectively optimize the relationship between the plan object and resource application, and reduce the engineering cost. This paper depicts the main content of engineering plan informationization. And associated with an engineering practice of 5×104 m3 oil tank, it discusses the application of engineering plan informasionization in the concrete projects, which solves the communication and transfer problems among engineering plan object, resource and cost, and optimizes the resource, saves the cost and shortens the time period for project under the precondition of guaranteeing the realization of engineering plan object.
