On Efficient Management of Laboratory Instruments and Equipment

This paper points out the inadequacy of the management of laboratory instruments and equipment and proposes a new management model for it.That is to implement dynamic management so that the resources can be shared and the instruments and equipment can be utilized more efficiently.
