Popular database and component technologies are used for establishing database and components of model,computation module for water resources allocation.Dynamic Construction of water resources allocation system is made based on an integrated service platform for knowledge visualization,thus realizing dynamic allocation of water resources and then making it even more effective in the information explosion process of water resources.The application at Qingyang in Gansu province shows that the model for dynamic allocation of water resources and its implementation mechanism can be effectively used for planning for allocation of water resources,thus offering feasible technical proposal for problems of dynamic allocation of resources and demands for supporting dynamics.
