Design and realization of management system for appling scientific research items

With the development of scientific research in institutions of higher education,the management of research items has been turning into an arduous task,and an effective research program management system is becoming increasingly crucial.Therefore,this article argues that the management system for appling scientific research items,which is designed and constructed under the mode of B/ S,is the best way to handle this problem.Then,the way of resolving the technological difficulties and the realization of the functions needed are discussed by jointly using the technique of Word,VBA,VB,ASP.Furthermore,some examples on program-writing are provided.
