Attempt at Academic Inappropriateness and Editor's Academic Responsibility

The healthy development of academic researches is seriously damaged by various inappropriate actions such as unauthorized copying,plagiarism,publication with non-contributor's name,double/multiple publication,false noting,fabrication and distortion of documents and data,publication out of relation,leader's concern or dishonesty deal.Editors must stick to the professional morals,improve editing techniques and enhance academic quality and perform the responsibility to normalize the academic activities.
