Intelligent Document Solution for Contract Management Systems

The disadvantages of current solutions for contract management systems are discussed in this paper.A new solution based on intelligent document technology is detailed.The case study regarding an enterprise application is presented to show the advantages of the user directed development strategy facilitated by the new solution.
