For adapting the renewal and development of social sciences study,a social sciences information net is constructed in Liaoning Academy of Social Sciences.On the one hand,the object,principle and tactics about the construction of this net are expounded;on the other hand,the concrete technique project,operating system,database system structure and management software are all defined.Provides theoretical basis and technical support for the construction of the information net.
