The algorithm of quality assessment for teaching based on Markov chain and fuzzy appraisal can evaluate performance of teaching automatically and competently but unreasonably for special cases.To solve the problem,define a new type of mathematical expectation,and improve the assessment algorithm.It can improve the reasonability of assessment result.
