Ontology of Supporting Database E-R Model Design and Its Getting Method

As a set of describing a domain terms and its relationships, ontology has been widely used in many fields such as AI, software reuse etc. Through analyzing the action of ontology in database model design, this paper inquires into the basic method that ontology is used in database E-R model design and proposes an ontology getting path for database design.
