The modulus elasticity and poissons ratio are independent parameters among the rock mechanical parameters.The measure methods of the modulus elasticity and poissons ratio of the rock have dynamic and static method.The paper analyses the rock dynamic and static parameters of the parts of operation wells in Baima and Songhua area and discusses the practical application of the dynamic and static method in these areas.
