TEST AND ANALYSIS OF FIBER WINDING MACHINE NOISE

Based on PULSE,the noise of a certain winding machine is tested,and noise spectrum under different speed has been obtained.Through analysis,we get the fact the winding machine has natural frequency in the 550 Hz and 1000Hz.By changing the structure,size or the bearing type to alter natural frequency and working speed,the noise can be reduced to a low-level.
