An efficient and simple frequency compensation circuit is designed and implemented to solve the problem that the sensor always has a narrow bandwidth of frequency. The system uses an equalizer circuit with the transfer function of frequency characteristic inverse to that of the sensor circuit to achieve frequency compensation and is corrected by low-pass filtering. The design circuit includes a frequency characteristic circuit of the analog sensor, the equalizer circuit and the low-pass filter circuit.Through theoretical calculations and actual debugging, the cutoff frequency of sensor circuit is successfully increased from 4.5 kHz to 100 kHz.The circuit has high performance indicators for its stable output, low power consumption and low noise.
