The psychrophilic enzymes is a kind that has high catalyst activety under the condition of low temperature and it is also a very important situation for the low-temperature catalyst to adapt to the low-temperature condition.Compared with thermozyme,the first-class structure change of the psychrophilic enzyme can lead to space structure change and the structure of the enzyme is more flexible.Thus,this enzyme can catalyze with less energy in low temperature.
