Synthesis of Cholesteryl Amine for Hepatic Targeting Drug Intermediate

To synthesize for targeting drug intermediate—cholesteryl amine,we take cholesterol as a starting material,by sulfonylation,azide substitution and hydrogenation,and obtain target compound 1a-f,which can conjugate with insulin to prepare the hepatic targeting liposome ligand.
