Text Rule-based Decision-making Technology for Ice-melting of Power Grids

Through an analysis of the expression technology of text knowledge,this paper introduces the state space method,two-value method,and production system.According to the text rules,a grading standard,a quantitative assessment for ice situation is formulated.A set of new rules are obtained through extracting text metarules,selecting control strategy,eliminating conflicts by rules,and integrating rules.Based on the state space method,and through treating the rule set by grading standard and two-value method,a set of rules are obtained which can be described in numbers and symbols.With the VFP software platform,decision can be made for different ice-melting and de-icing measures through program.
