Design of Optimization Software of PHS Network Based on GIS Technology

In order to solve the problems existing in the optimization work of PHS,the paper applies Visual C++ language based on MapX module supplied by MapInfo Company to develop and design PHS network optimization system. The system integrates all kinds of optimization ways and mathematic analytical methods and is based on Client/Server model.
