Reconstruction of Computer Audit Norm System

Compared with developed countries, our computer audit norms lack standardization of operation, weaken the practical application, and the content timeliness lags behind etc. To reconstruct our computer audit norm system, we should scientifically and systematically standardize norms and concrete audit guidelines, borrowing foreign advanced experiences, and having our own features.
