Our study put forward a new project of hospital management system based on Heterogeneous Database Integration.This project can protect the original data and share the data of every departments in hospital by making use of MetaBase server,it also solves the problems of data linking,data updating and data maintaining among Heterogeneous Databases for applying the technologies of XML and ADO.NET.The system shield the heteroidity of original data,so the users can operate the system flexibly.
