A design of the service software in DICOM server based on NT system

This paper details how to design system service under Windows NT or Windows 2000 system,involving DICOM in PACS(picture archiving and communication system).Then introduces the flow of the system service program which resides in DICOM server,so as to realize the function of Server Class Provider(SCP) in DICOM3 0 protocol.
