The Ownership and Conflict between Domain Name and Website Name

Domain name right is one of new rights to property rights.It is information right to the owner of the legal domain name registration and holder exclusively,who can use,lease or transfer such rights.Website name right is the owner of the website who enjoys the exclusive,use and transfer right.When the domain name spelling is same as the website neme,the domain name right have no quarrel with the website name right,the general is not to infringe upon the owner of the domain name or the website to the dispute.But as the domain spelling is not same as the website name,it may be a violation of the domain owner or owner of the others right to the dispute.The legislation should set out the website name right and the domain name right,but in view of dealing with the concerning right legislation and the website name right which have been formed,the domain name right and the website right conflict settlement of the alternative is the acts of unfair competition.
