Performance comparison of some similarity measures on mouse section

Similarity measure is the pivotal technique in the fields of image registration,mosaics and matching.The key points about the researches in the article were focusing on the influence of image rotation and translation to 7 different classical similarity measures,6 kinds of information measures,3 kinds of PIU measures and 4 sorts of PI measures which were based on the experiments of mouse lesions liver and tongue section.Furthermore,after comparing and analyzing the computing time of these similarity measures,some parameter values of related formula and 3 new similarity measures with higher convergence of image rotation and panning were reintroduced.Finally all the experimental results were summed up at the end of the article.
