The complication of UML's usage is the main problem to obstacle its widapplication.Based on the analyzing and development of a motor industryoriented CRM system, a new analyze method with Use Case of UML in the point of views of cutomer and business is proposed ,which turns out to be fitful to CRM development and efficent in programming.
