Ridgelet transform is a new kind of multiscale analysis technique after wavelet transform.It is more effective than wavelet transform.The fundamental of a method of ridgelet transform is introduced,and its realization arithmetic is described.Given the method of experimentation and made a conclusion based on the application of the ridgelet transform in motor rotor bars failure diagnosis.
