In order to ensure the customer who has been authorized in MEOP can interview system resources safely and dependablely,based on an analysis and investigation into the characteristics concerning resource management and access control of the minor enterprise,the thesis puts forward the architecture of the HRBAC.The thesis has a detailed description of the design and implement of HRBAC frame.HRBAC frame has general use and practical value.
