Interactive view of the current electronic medical recorded confidentiality of the information,the patient's privacy and signature low efficiency problem and so on,this paper put forward the content extraction signature scheme based on elliptic curve cryptography.The scheme signed off from the XML medical record to extract the specified section and could be certified out of the extracted part was signed by the original signer in order to hide the patient's private information.The experiment indicates that the scheme as a whole to achieve higher efficiency,better operability and scalability.
