Comparative study of all phase DCT data interpolation and cubic convolution interpolation method

In this paper,the method of all phase discrete cosine transform(APDCT) data interpolation is derived and analyzed theoretically.With this method the actual image is interpolated.Compared with the cubic convolution interpolation method,which is a proposal in advanced H.26L,the simulation results show that APDCT data interpolation method is better than the cubic convolution one.
