Inter-network Connection of A Broadband Wireless IP Network and Internet

At present, inter network connection of wireless networks and Internet is one of research hotspots. In this paper, we simply introduce a broadband wireless IP network based on W CDMA technology and its topology structure. Protocol and function of a wireless IP sub layer are defined. Design and implementation of the wireless IP sub layer in wireless terminal and Internet connecting server are described in detail. A wireless TCP connection and a adaptive wireless congestion control are completed. Experiment result has shown that any wireless terminal can access Internet efficiently using Ping, IE, FTP, Email, Telnet and so on.
