Considerations on Project Management in Small and Middle Software Organization

This paper indicates three levels of software project management:including tasks management,resources management and relationship management.The goals of project management improvement are put forward.We can realize these goals through setup development system scientifically and divide project phases with reasons.The keystone of project management are discussed and analyzed, including making good use of existent resources,improving plan,controlling multiform changes of project and so on.
