Discussion on the sci-tech editor's controlling abilities to numerical data

In this paper,three methods to controlling the scientific nature of numerical data in theses were introduced,such as using scientific common senses,logical laws and information analysis.It provided some useful thoughts and powerful tools for sci-tech editors to controlling the scientific nature of numerical data,and enriched the practice of editorial methodology.
