Fast estimation of wind farm investment based on support vector machine

The investment estimation of a wind farm project is an important basis of the project investment decision.The precision of the investment estimation is the key factor which makes the investment decision to be right or bad.The major factors influencing on the investment were analyzed;an investment estimation model based on support vector machine(SVM) was established;and 13 important affecting parameters were determined finally.The model was simulated and verified by actual engineering data,and the simulation result shows that the forecast precision of the model is higher.
